Ederly has based her financial knowledge on her studies in economics and financial management at the University of Tartu. She has 15 years of experience in this field and has been a Chief Accountant and Financial Manager in the fields of retail, restaurants, pharmacy, and auto services since 2014. During her career, she has had extensive experience in auditing large companies and has worked closely with auditors. Thanks to this, she has a thorough knowledge of her field and knows how important it is to do accounting correctly and in accordance with the law.

In addition, Ederly has years of experience as an entrepreneur, which gives her the ability to see the overall strategic picture of businesses and use her experience and knowledge in financial consulting for clients. To maintain balance in her life, she dedicates a large part of her time outside of work to horses. She has been a equestrian rider since the age of 8 and currently has two horses that she actively trains them. She is also passionate about the health and well-being of horses, which is why she also owns and operates a horse-therapy massage and clipping service. In addition, Ederly loves dogs, fashion, and cars!

Tuuli received her Bachelor’s degree in financial accounting from the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Tallinn University of Technology in 2005 and has continued to improve her skills in accounting and financial management through different training courses.

She has 19 years of work experience, with most of her career spent as a Chief Accountant and Business and Tax Consultant. For 14 years of her career, she has provided financial services at an international level, giving her a wide range of experience in the practices of accounting and tax calculation in different jurisdictions and local business customs.

Tuuli has experience in everything from daily accounting, financial reporting and consulting, financial controlling, consolidated accounting, and managing accounting teams, including setting up and coordinating the payroll system for a company with over 500 employees, managing audit processes (including dealing with international audit firms and tax advisors), implementing detailed project accounting, and even crypto currency accounting. Her greatest strength is her thorough interest in the client’s business and processes, which has always led her to find the best solutions for the client.

After work, Tuuli enjoys light exercise in nature, spending time with her family, and discovering new flavors with friends. She values supportive and caring relationships where there is always room for laughter and shared activities. A balanced life is what she strives for every day.

Pille has graduated from Tallinn University of Technology with a degree in Business Administration, specialising in Financial Accounting. She has been working as an accountant for 28 years, and during this time she has worked in the banking and insurance sectors, the manufacturing sector, trade, and cultural sector. She has also been a training manager in the financial field. She is skilled in all accounting tasks, from inputting basic documents to preparing annual financial statements, and is likely to have answers to all questions in between.

Outside of work, Pille enjoys gardening and reading books. She is always ready to advise and help clients and younger colleagues.

Brenda is a very eager and detail-oriented employee. She stands out for her speed in completing tasks and finding solutions. Brenda is very creative, cheerful, and a lively person who gives the rest of the team motivation and enthusiasm on a daily basis.

Merle is particularly diligent and accurate. Under her supervision, not a single cent goes missing or is left over. Merle is extremely curious and shows a strong desire to constantly improve in this field.
